Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a vibrant and friendly full-time Office Assistant /Receptionist.

You will be our first point of contact with our valued clients, whether it be via phone or as they walk into our office. First impressions last, so we are looking for someone well-presented, enthusiastic, who loves to smile and enjoys blowing the socks off clients with exceptional service!

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Your confidence and ability to prioritise tasks will allow you to maintain a strong customer service focus whilst assisting our team with administration duties. We like team players. In fact, we love them. We also love go-getters that show initiative. And ice-cream with Ice Magic…but that is a topic for another day.

You needn’t be Bill Gates, but some knowledge in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Infinity Practice Management would be advantageous. Legal reception experience would also be a plus. It would be super helpful if you knew your way around a spreadsheet and had some accounts/basic book-keeping experience.

What will you do?

You will be our front of house star. Your role will involve reception duties, greeting clients, answering incoming calls, making and managing client appointments, general file management, dicta-typing, preparing correspondence/documents, accounts/basic book-keeping and helping the team with other duties when needed.

Other bits and pieces

Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm. If these hours don’t suit you, then you’re probably not who we are looking for. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
